Director & Engineering Manager
Sam Younes is a qualified Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience in property management and construction across Australia. His extensive career has seen him deliver complex projects for some of the nation’s most respected property organisations.
Prior to founding Green Sustainable Construction, Sam held senior positions working with industry leaders including Frasers Property and JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), where he developed deep expertise in commercial property, asset management, and sustainable building practices.
